Alert Log & Message Log Don't Show Same Timestamp as Charts

Dear Support:

I have set all my charts to Central Time (CST), but alert log and message log show UTC. How can I fix it? I have looked all around, am lost.

They are going to show the time in the Global Time Zone setting. Refer to the following:
