Hi there, Since yesterday I can't see my current position on chart. Only the DPL is visible in trade windows. Chart mode on and show order and positions are OK on I've already followed to solution I've founded for similar problem but nothing works. Thanks form your help. |

Hi, I've carrefully followed all documentation but current positions are still not shoping in Vwap and MP charts, only in Footprint is ok. It happens suddenly not after any settings change or rollover |

Do you see the positions in the Trade >> Trade Positions Window? What is the Trade Account and Symbol and Average Price for the position?

Hi there, Yes I can see the positions in the Trade >> Trade Positions Window Trade account is a Phidias 50K challenge With this account I can see open positions on RTYH5 but I can't with NQH5 and ESH5 I don't understand what you mean by Average Price for the position? Position size? If yes, 1 or 2 mini |

In the Trade Positions Window there is the Average Price field. We are referring to that. The position line will show at this price in the chart. If a particular position exists in your trading account and you do not see it in the Trade >> Trade Positions window, then contact your broker about this.
