Trade Mode not working

Hello,
when I try to deactivate the Trade Simulation mode, it is not working. I checked with AMP and the answer from AMP is: "Hello, your CQG credentials are active. Please contact SC support directly."

If the problem is that when you try to make a trade the system is putting you back into "Simulation Mode" then that means that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data" and not set to connect to your trading account.

Hello,
unfotunately I still doesn't work. My current selected service is set the right way to my trading account.
When I go to File, the point "Connect Data Feed" is not possible to select - it is shown in lite grey.

When you remove the checkmark from Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On, what then happens? It is not clear to us exactly what the issue is.

The issue is,that I'm unable to switch to live mode - the system always is in "Simulation Mode On"

Check the Message Log for any message after disabling Trade Simulation Mode. Instructions:

Do you see a message like this:

Also, keep in mind that the entry in the menu is "Trade Simulation Mode On". There will either be a checkmark next to it or not. The actual selection will always be the same shade (i.e. it does not "gray out" when not selected. Again, you need to look for the checkmark next to this option. When there is NO checkmark, then you are in live trading mode and orders will be sent to the Current Selected Service you are connected to.

without chnaging anything the trade mode is working :). I don't know why, but I don't care as long as it works.
