Dear Support Team After upgrading to Sierra 2630 I lost all information from the Trade Activity Log and none of my current trades (in Simulation mode) are saved there. Kindest regards |

This would have to be about the settings for what you are wanting to view in the Trade Activity Log, particularly if current simulation mode trades are not being shown. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Common Instructions to Set Trade Activity Log Display Settings For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Is there a way to combine Trade Activity Log if trading on 2 different pc's?

Not within Sierra Chart itself. If you are trading the same account from both systems, then depending on what trading service you are using, the order information may be transmitted to both systems, so you would have all the trades showing on both computers. We can tell you that if you are using the "Teton Order Routing Service" then this will definitely be the case. If you are trading different accounts and want to consolidate the data together, then you could do this manually be copying the Trade Activity files from one system to the other. The files are located in the "TradeActivityLogs" folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). You would need to exit from Sierra Chart on both computers when transferring the files. Note that the Trade Activity Log filenames have the date and trading account in them, so you can pick out which ones you want to transfer to the other system. Hi John, thank you very much for the fast response and let me know how it could work. I use 2 different pc's (office and home) and trade an prop-account (Rithmic connection). I use package 11 and Denali data. So I guess the best solution will be to use remote to copy the current file to the pc I'm trading

There really is not another option, as the order information is not kept on the Rithmic servers for very long. So if you are trading from the office for most of the day then go home and trade some more, the trades that occurred at the office will not show up at home since Rithmic doesn't have the data to send by the time you get home.

Thank you very much John for your support, one last question, if I miss 1 trade, it seems there is a way to enter this trade manually (I saw an original video on the SC homepage), it should be possible using Edit (inside TAL) "Edit Trade Activity Entry", "Delete Trade Activity Entry" and "Insert Trade Activity" but all 3 are greyed out, so I cannot change anything, is there a way to activate this 3 tools?

Make sure you are on the "Trade Activity" page of the Trade Activity Log, and then to Edit, you need to have an actual line (or lines) selected.
