I have two instances of Sierrachart running, one for a personal account, one for the Apteros desk. I successfully placed a trade in 6B in my personal account, but attempting the same in the other, while the market order was filled, the fill doesn't appear on the chart (I have set it to show fills) and no bracket orders appeared. It was also impossible to add them - the orders were rejected because they were way outside the range - it appears the decimal point was removed: see message board - just tested again attempting to place a limit order at 1.2300 as an example - it tries 12300 and rejects it. Please can you help? Check your settings for the "Real-Time Price Multiplier" and the "Historical Price Multiplier". These should both be set to 1.
