Number Bars Not Populating with NQ

On my laptop only, everyday from 10am to 11pm CST the price will update but the delta bars will not show up. Then right after 11am they start back again. This is only with NQ and but not with ES. Ive tried different thing to try to resolve this but have been unsuccessful.
