Hi, I've been trying very hard to get S/chart set up as described below, but with no success. Help much appreciated! Thanks a) All charts to be displayed using SC data (Nymex & CME futures) b) Interactive Brokers TWS running in the background c) Orders to be placed from the Sierrachart charts, then routed to IB However, if I select data/trade services as IB, I don't not want the IB data to populate my charts, I only want to use the SC data I've managed to get the orders through to IB from SC, but then the charts don't update correctly, I only see the last trade price box, the chart bars don't update TIA |

Problem solved I think, by installing an additional version of SC to a new folder (C:/Sierrachart2/), using the same SC username and password on both. I was trying to open a new instance of SC to solve the issue but that only seems to allow one data source across the 2 instances, whereas now with 2 separate SCs running I have SC data service on one (for my charts) and Interactive Brokers data service on the other (for IB orders). All seems to work so far. PC Memory and CPU usage is still very reasonable.

You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the following exchanges: - CME - NYMEX - NASDAQ TotalView As such, as long as the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", then the data for these exchanges will come from us and not from Interactive Brokers, even when connected to Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services We are not sure what the particular issue is that you were having, or why you thought you were getting data from Interactive Brokers, but you should not have been, given the above. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

OK. The reason I thought the data was from IB was due to the TWS messages in the message log, and the charts weren't updating correctly for some reason (yesterday). I've made the changes as per your message and it seems to work now, with no TWS messages, thanks
