Hello, I took a trade this morning and the bracket target limit order got rejected. I don't understand because it works in simulation. It puts a negative order price for the limit order, so the full bracket got rejected, but I don't even see the POSITION on the chart (very buggy), and when I tried to flatten, it told me I had no position even though it executed a market order to close the position.

I tried again in simulator, everything works fine, but not live. I'm trading 6E chart on M6E contract. I've attached screenshots of the exact trade error, of the trade order section, and the bracket order. It worked fine yesterday with ES/MES, worked fine with GC/MGC this morning, but with 6E/M6E, I can't execute a trade.

What is this setting for the chart set to:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

And what is the order type for the main parent order. Looks like you are using Market?

Yes, the main parent order was a market order.
I uploaded a screenshot of the chart setting (in red are the field that I modified myself), but "trade and current quote symbol price multiplier" is set to zero.

Thanks

Based on Sierra_Chart Engineering answer, I've read his link and modified "Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier" to 1 for 6E/M6E.
However, with Jonh's answer, I'd need to modify for 6E/M6E :

Price Display Format: .00001
Tick Size: .0001
Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier: 1

The current Tick Size is 0.000050. Do I really need to modify it to 0.0001? I'd appreciate a more direct answer on this than just "refer to the documentation". We're talking about real money here. What's the impact of the modification of the Tick Size? Are you 100% sure I must modify the tick size? Please understand I just want to be sure.

Also, why the modification of the Tick size is not indicated on the link Sierra_Chart Engineering provided which has a specific example of 6E/M6E?

Thanks

The information in our documentation is just as good as if we wrote it into the response. Otherwise, we would not link to it.

Therefore, when you are using a Symbol of 6E with a Trade and Current Quote Symbol of M6E and you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, then you need to set your Chart Settings to what is stated at the following (including the Tick Size) in order to have everything work properly:
