Hi Sierra,

I am currently trading MNQ, but use NQ for data and charting.

When I take a position, is there a way for my MNQ position - stop loss/entry/take profit (im using a bracket order) to be reflected on my NQ chart?

The only way to do this is to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" on the NQ chart and set this to be the MNQ symbol. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Hey John,

Yea I am currently using it. But whenever I enter a position on MNQ, it does not show on my NQ chart - do I have my settings wrong? Have attached 2 pics - I'd like my position on the right to be reflected on the left

What you are stating you want with the setup you have will not work. You are actually trading the MNQ symbol, therefore you will only see those orders and positions on a chart for MNQ.

If you do not want to have the NQ chart on the left set to have a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" of MNQ, then that chart will not display the orders and positions.

right no worries then. The reason I need the left hand side chart on NQ is for the volume profile which would look different on MNQ, although the full NQ contract is too big for me to trade several lots at the moment
