Hello Sierrachart team, I have been experimenting with your software for quite some time and have been enjoying optimizing it to me needs. needless to say that I also do face some issues sometimes. I am messaging you regarding the control bar- chart feature. It does get fixed once I remove it and put it back on. The issue is that it overlays the toolbar on top of it. I have attached this picture so you can see what is happening under this text. The issue does not happen with the regular control bar. it only happens with control bar - chart. however this is what I need to fix because the regular control bar had been giving me some issues with changing the ticker based on what chart i clicked on that is on my previous thread. We are not able to reproduce this. Please get us the chartbook that has that chart in it so we can see if we can get the same issue and see what is causing it. We are not able to reproduce this with just the chartbook. We would also like to get your Sierra4.config file from you. This file is located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Have you disabled, title bars of charts or have the title bars of charts automatically hide? This is the source of the problem. You cannot do this without issues like this.

Yes. The title bar was disabled I turned it on and it seems to be fixed for now. I will circle back if it happens again. Thank you for your help.

Whether it happens again or not, we cannot help. So we do not need to know! This is an operating system issue. There are all kinds of wacky behavior, at the operating system level when title bars are removed.
