date is now missing on my footprints chart

Hello,

Last Friday I opened my chartbook to trade all charts were fine halfway through the RTH session my chart glitched and now my footprints chart is not showing all the information ( see attached ) I don't know why this has happened. I've exited Sierra Chart and reopened and still the same as far as I am aware all my settings are correct, I am on the latest version, I am using Denali data feed and Teton order routing and I have a live account with AMP so not sure what's going on. can you help please?

We are not understanding the particular problem. From the images you attached, the chart looks fine. We do not know what time zone your charts are set to, so we can not say if there should be more data showing, but you have data showing for today at 11:21, which looks appropriate. And based on the scroll bar, you should have data prior to that point in time, so you can scroll back in time.

What exactly is wrong with the chart from your perspective?

hello appreciate the response the problem is it is only showing one column of data data time and even when I scroll it stays that way. it did look and is supposed to look like this.

It sounds like you have the "Lock Fill Space" option enabled. Refer to the following:
Chart Menu: Lock Fill Space (Chart menu)
