About 10 mins ago my equity charts stopped working. Is there any known issues going on with the feed? My futures data is fine. I don't see any issues in my user control panel. Please advise Is anyone else having this issue? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-01-13 19:20:51

Having the same issue with NASDAQ TotalView US stock data feed. Frozen. I've confirmed with other traders as well.

This is happening I'd say relatively often. This is not street-wide, so will switch over to a backup feed...

We do apologize that this has occurred several times lately. This is all related to a single point of failure we currently have and the provider has done this several times. We are not happy with them at all. And we are still working on the redundancy to get around this particular issue. But things move slowly sometimes. We know this doesn't make it any better for the current situation, but we do want everyone to understand what is occurring.
