[Programming Help] - ASCIL study not working consistently in main instance : does work in second instance.

I have two ASCIL studies that have been working without any problems in SierraChartInstance_2. However, in the main instance only one of these studies (call it study A) is consistently working. I was able to get study A working when I created a new chartbook and but then that stopped working after just a couple of minutes, which was very strange. I have checked and rechecked the file paths and rebuilt study A multiple times. Perhaps you could give me some clues as to what might be going wrong. Without getting into the weeds just yet it is perhaps worth noting that study A processes keystrokes whereas Study B - the one that works in both the main instance and the second instance does not process keystrokes but does process mouse events. Finally both study A and study B have previously worked fine in the main instance.
