Why are these 0's at the high and low green and purple at times? Can someone explain? The footprint settings are for Numbers Bars text using AskVol Bid Vol Difference Diagonal and Text Coloring Method is set to Based on Dominate AskVol Bid Vol Actual.

You need to keep in mind that your coloring and the displayed values may not be the same thing, which is the case here.

Your text coloring is set to "Based on Dominant AskVol BidVol Actual", which is very different from what you have displayed. As such, you have a Bid Dominant volume at the level where the Bid is being colored purpose and the same for the Ask. In this case, you can not look at the values that are displayed and determine the coloring from them, as they are not showing the same thing.
