Taking forever to update the charts now. When IB updates faster, there is clearly a problem.

Might be an ISP issue at my end. Edit: I just did an update for Historical Data for 61 stock symbols, that went very fast, so issue is only with FXCM data. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-09-16 13:24:31

Update was incomplete, so deleted part intraday data to correct that. This must be an Internet connection issue on your side. We have analyzed this very carefully and the historical data downloading from the Sierra Chart servers is working perfectly and very fast. Not sure why you are getting that message but it should not happen in the latest prerelease. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.
