My data was working fine and 1 second before the market opened everything has stopped working. I have checked my internet connection, done everything stated in the information you guys provide
restarted sierra chart multiple times. But nothing is working. My payments are up to date. I can not think of anything else. Can you please help as this is my livelihood and is preventing me from making a living. Thank you

Today is national Memorial Day for President Carter in the US.

Over the past few days, every futures broker; trading evaluator, etc., has been sending out emails advising of the revised trading hours.

How anyone that is serious about trading, let alone anyone that makes their livelihood from trading, could have missed this is mind-blowing. Yet, 3+ posts in the same time window on the SC support board.
