Since switching to my CQG web API data service I have this error coming up with all my charts, nothing is loading/ no live data is working. When I went to activate my AMP broker live account I selected data only and didnt opt to pay for CME group service as I didnt think I would have to pay twice - once from Sierra Charts and then again from Amp. Or am I wrong , do I need to pay twice? I want my data to be from Sierra / Denali exchange. I have selected 'allow support from SC data feed' and I have the Denali exchange data feed service ticked in my control panel and a Active Service: 11 - Integrated Advanced - paid for. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

You do not have any exchanges active for our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As such, you are not able to get any data, since we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX.
