I'm connected to Rithmics data through a Topstep account. On my 15 second chart, the candles are not accurate in relation to what I'm seeing on every other trading platform. Can you help me understand what the issue is and how to resolve it?

The general things to look at are your "Session Times" and whether you are starting a new bar at session start or not. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times Apart from these kind of settings we can not say much, as you are getting your data from Rithmic, and we have never been pleased with the data from Rithmic.
