Hello I would like to go live trading, i tried to place a trade however it states error/cancelled. I contacted AMP brokers and they said that CQG is (No Data - Order Routing Only) how do I get data pls? Thank you |

You are setup to get the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" set for the chart, but the Trade and Current Quote Symbol is incorrect. You have it entered as "M.F.US.EPH25". If you are viewing and trading the same symbol, then there is no reason to use a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". If you intended to trade something other than F.US.EPH25, then enter the proper symbol in the Trade and Current Quote symbol. Select the field for "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" where you enter the symbol. To the right will be buttons, one of which will state "Select" - select this button to bring up the Find Symbol page. Find the symbol you want and select OK to close that window. Your "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" will then be filled in with the correct symbol.
