TPO Chart won't scroll left or right

My TPO chart won't scroll left or right. I already tried adding more days to load but it doesn't work. I am not sure why as it was just working. My other chart works fine it is just the TPO that won't scroll back. I tried adding a scroll bar but it won't show the scroll square that allows me scroll, or anything. I am not sure what to do.
