Will keep looking on my end. ctrl-alt-A brings up Alert Manager as expected, but no luck with ctrl-alt-M for Manage Chart Drawings. appreciate the reply. EDIT: still searching for the culprit, but making this ctrl-alt-shift-M works as expected, so unsure what is eating the ctrl-alt-M when Sierra is active, but I do have a workaround/solution for the immediate issue.
