I have the Denali data feed activated which provides me with real time data for ES and MES. I was under the impression that that also includes NYMEX for CL and NG real time data?

No, you have to pay for the NYMEX exchange fee for those symbols.

Understood. It seems that there is no non-professional option? The only NYMEX option I see is professional at $150/month? I also see under the heading: CME Non-Professional/Professional Certification Status that my account is tagged as professional. Meanwhile I am a non-professional which is also the data service I have for CME. Am I missing something? Thanks |
