I would like to have some telephone support to assist me in the following: (1) Setting up and utilizing your Trading Window and Chart DOM for trading Equity options, (2) Creating alerts for MACD and its moving average or signal line crossing above and below "0" When Can I have this accomplished? 1. This is something that we will not provide telephone support for. It is too complex and out of our control. We do not know whether this would work or not. 2. Really we could just give you a formula here for this. We can do this later today. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Here is the formula to use on the MACD: =OR(CROSSOVER(sg2,0),CROSSOVER(sg3,0)) This will give you an alert when the MACD moving average or the MACD difference crosses 0. Here are the instructions to enter it on the study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AlertCondAndScan.html#EnterAlertOnStudy Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
