Trade Window offered following 3 choices: 2TargetsWithBEStop 2TargetsWithCommonStop SimpleBracket which are not completely covered in https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeWindow.html or https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_OrderTypes.html. My most recent trading was in stocks, so I should learn more. How best to enter a simple buy or sell with a stop? |

What you are looking at are called Trade Window Configurations. Those are just some examples that come with Sierra Chart. More information can be found here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeWindow.html#TradeWindowConfigurations To do what you want, refer to Attached Orders here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AttachedOrders.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks, but I still need knowledge. What means "2 Target Bracket Order with Move to Breakeven.twconfig" or these D:\SierraChart\Data\2TargetsWithBEStop.twconfig D:\SierraChart\Data\2TargetsWithCommonStop.twconfig D:\SierraChart\Data\SimpleBracket.twconfig Google only found your two posts of 8/14/14. |

These are just example Trade Window configurations. A Simple Bracket configures the Trade Window with a single Target and Stop order that are attached to the main order. It is not within the scope of our support to be documenting each of these. It is up to you to have a look at them and see how they configure the Trade Window. They primarily configure the Targets tab. Refer to Attached Orders for more information: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AttachedOrders.html Our recommendation would be to ignore those and create your own configurations.
