Yes. Go to the "Payments" page and select the button for "Make Payment" under the section for "PayPal V2 with Auto Billing Support". Fill in the appropriate information and select the button for what you want to do ("Make Payment Now and Activate Recurring Billing" or "Save Card and Activate Recurring Billing").
