I like to do some back test for large ETFs. I need 2M, 3M and 5M candle chart data(high, low, open, close and volume). 1) it is possible to get these data into excel file or CVS file ? 2) it is possible to get data back up to at least 2-3 years ? Thanks.

1) Once you have the data in your system, then you can export the data that is displayed in the chart to a CVS file. So if you have the data displayed as 2 minute bars, then you will get the 2 minute bars output, if you have the bars set to 5 minutes, then you will get the 5 minute output. Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File 2) In general, we have data going back at least 3 years, but it depends on what data you are wanting. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
