my price ladders are showing gaps - eg in Crude oil i'm only seeing 2c gaps...for instance 72.01 and the next price is 72.03. how do i fix this...the price increment appears to be set for 1 tick

What you see is going to be dependent on what can be drawn given the current space available. But, you can tell the system where you want to have the prices drawn by setting the "Scale Increment".
