No: is v2728 a mandatory update to use/(trade) teton routing with Edgeclear and Dorman ?
If the lagging issue was related to the new timer functionality, that has been resolved. Since the standard operating system timers are now supported and enabled by default. Also, I wanted to ask - the new timer functionality that has been implemented (the why behind it has gone above my head) - does it make any difference to how numbers bar values are calculated/displayed?

No. The timer functionality has no impact on the results of studies, including the Numbers Bars. It was just about how often the studies are called.

We would not add the "Tick Size" to the options for Chart Linking. Each instrument has its own tick size and it would not make sense to force a single tick size to different instruments.

so i have a same instrument chart opened in different timeframes and different studies, every time i have to change the contract, i have to change the tick size for all the charts too which is annoying and time wasting - so this is one place where i can make use of it

If you are changing the symbol for a chart, then that chart, and any linked charts which also change their symbol, would have the Tick Size automatically set to the tick size from the Data Feed, or the tick size from the Symbol Settings. Refer to the following regarding the setting for determining where the tick size comes from: Chart Settings: Auto Set from Data Feed (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) There is one setting that will stop the Tick Size from updating (along with other chart settings), but this is an option that we only recommend using in very certain circumstances: Chart Settings: Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) Therefore, we are confused on why you would have to adjust the tick size when you make a change.
