1 I have formulas in Buy Exit and Sell Exit columns but they do not trigger exits when they should. There are trade management targets in the trade window for Stop and target. 1a Is this the problem; the trade management overrides the Exit formulas? I have Yes for: Cancel all orders on Entries and Reversals Cancel all orders on Reversals Support Reversals 2 Do I need to check anything else to get Reversals? EG if the system is Long and a Sell triggers I expect the system to close the long and go short. However, the Reversals do not happen. 3 Is there a waiting time after a target is hit before the system looks for a new trade? The effected trades seem random. After hitting the target and the trade is closed all the triggers are in place for a new trade in the same direction. I would expect a new trade right away with new stops and target. What is happening is a pause of perhaps 20 bars where there has been a LL LH LL LH then a trade as price again hits the last LL Another time a pause of 16 bars where there has been a LL LH HL and then a trade. How do I get the system to reenter a strong move right away? 4 Does the system not produce a Trade activity Log when using a Spreadsheet? I see that a lot of info is in the spreadsheet for the number of lines provided. However the spreadsheet does not show orders and stops being entered to trace down what is happening. When I click on Trade - Trade activity Log nothing happens. I can get the Trade Activity Log when not using the Spreadsheet. |
