issue with DOM data for replays

Hi, I was curious, what product I have to book in order to be able to also see for the CME and EUREX markets the DOM/level2 data that is also able, to fully show the data in the replay/backtest as well. Currently I am only seeing it for EUREX during live trades, but even for this I am not able to see the DOM data during replays. thanks |

I get your point, but it expired yesterday and I want to be sure to book the right product/service now, to be able to see the details I need. Do I need maybe go through a different channel or the sales department to get an answer, so I now which product/service to subscribe for?

There is no specific package you need to be able to view the Market Depth data in the DOM, for both live and replays. If you are using the "Delayed Streaming Data" then you will get the Market Depth data for the CME Group and EUREX and the only thing you need to do is to follow the instructions at the following link for being able to replay Market Depth data: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data If you are using real-time data (which requires that you are on one of the "Integrated" packages, then you would need to ensure that the exchange selection you make includes the Market Depth data. From there, follow the same instructions given above to replay Market Depth data.
