I am currently using version 2725 and was wondering how do I add Text to a Line Config? I understand that I can add text through (Modify Text) after I draw a line but I would like to use the Line Tool with text already saved to it. In the old Line config box I was able to save labels to the end of a line but I don't see where to write the text and save it...... Thank you in advance, |

The only option for having specific text associated with a Line is to set a "Tool Configuration Name" and then set the option for "Copy Tool Config Name to Text" to "Yes". Then the text you have saved as the "Tool Configuration Name" is used as the text for that tool.
