No real time market depth for chart trading DOM

Hello. My chart trading dom displays the BID/ASK but no market depth besides that. I have package 11 and am using the generic datafeed for sim trading. Market depth on my dom works in replay mode but only beginning at 9:30 AM EST. Thank you. |

You are not setup to get real-time market depth data as you do not have an exchange selected that includes the Market Depth data. You must have some downloaded historic market depth data to be seeing it in replay on the DOM, but you will definitely not be able to get the real-time market depth data.
