when i open my charts i get a message in an orange box saying requested symbol was not found and a red box saying Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for ESZ24-CME the symbol is unknown to the server

We see you have Sierra Chart set to use CQG and that is not a CQG symbol. Translate the symbols following the instructions here: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Did you want to use CQG? If so, you do not have any exchanges active and you will not receive data. To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.

ok but i have been live trading for the passed week with the CQG data no problems, are you saying that if i am connected to SC Data i will be able to trade as normal as CQG is what i am set up for trading with with my broker AMP
