This is going to be a weird post I am sure. But I ended my subscription with Sierra Chart because I mainly just use the DOM, and jigsaw has journalityx which tracks all my stats for no extra cost which is nice. But I have noticed my stops getting slipped sometimes several points. I dont recall this ever happening with Sierra Chart. I trade with Apex right now and my data is rithmic but I used yalls data for everything. They say theres no difference between yall and them but I am suspicious of this. This would be the time to show boat your superior stuff and what might actually different between the two services. I am willing to come back if you guys have some kind of superior execution and order routing fills. Again I know this might be a bit of a odd, even maybe slandering post but when I am losing several hundred dollars a day from slippage on stops it is what it is.

We definitely have superior setup when using our Denali Exchange Data Feed with our Teton Order Routing Service.

Were you using our Teton Order Routing Service at that time, or were you also connected to APEX and using Rithmic for your order routing?

If you were using Rithmic previously with us, then if you are using standard Stop and Target attached orders to close out your positions, then there would not be any difference between Sierra Chart and Jigsaw with respect to closing out a position, as the Stop and Target are at the exchange and their execution is controlled by the exchange.

There could be differences you are seeing with data as well, although we can not speak to specifics. But differences in the data could definitely create differences in the opening of positions as well as closing if you are doing more than standard Stops and Targets.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
