Hi, I have filled out all the agreements for the "Non professional" designation on my data feeds (including NASDAQ Total View) but for some reason I do not have the option to choose the "Non professional" data feed for NASDAQ Total View US Stock Data. I am able to continue receiving my Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts however. Why can't I sign up for NASDAQ TotalView US Stock Data for "NON" professionals ??? Thanks for the help. |

Hello, I can't find the option to buy the information for Nasdaq stocks. I'm not a professional and maybe this permission was revoked. How can I fix this please?

You have not properly completed the agreements for our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup the exchange in general: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* When you fill out the agreements, you need to properly enter the information, including an occupation. Also, entries need to be entered using U.S. English only characters, other characters are not accepted for these forms. Hello, I went through the Nasdal agreement again without any professionalism, but I may not have understood exactly what needs to be done. I followed the explanation that was sent to me. I would appreciate help.

In your last agreement, you answered "Yes" to the following questions: - Are you currently registered or qualified with the SEC or CFTC? - Are you currently registered or qualified with any securities agency, any securities exchange, association (such as FINRA) or regulatory body, or any commodities or futures contract market, association (such as the NFA) or regulatory body, in the United States or elsewhere? Since you answered "Yes", you are considered a Professional. If you are not actually registered with either of these bodies, then you need to answer "No" to each question. Please redo the agreements again at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_NASDAQ For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I want to activate the non-professional NASDAQ information. I received approval for the non-professional agreement, but I can't find a way to activate it. Thank you very much!
