I recently updated one of my Sierra instances to the latest version, there was some really choppy chart movement while using the Hand tool so I reverted the upgrade back to 2676. Now my hotkeys no longer work and my right click menu is broken. Not entirely sure what is going on with it at the moment.Picture uploaded

Reverting to 2700 fixed both my shortcuts not working and the right click menu. I knew there were threads for the choppy issue, which is why i originally reverted the update.

i had come across this issue as well, when i upgraded from 2671 to 2700 and back to 2671. Now im forced to run 2700. Sierra Chart Engineering should clarify what might be the issue here. |

Yes there have been some internal changes and proper code organization related to menu commands and shortcut menus. If you go to a newer version and back to some earlier versions you may need to reconfigure the menu commands . You can easily do this through the Global Settings >> Customize * Menu commands. And you should just be updating to the current version of Sierra Chart. What is the issue you have going to the current version of Sierra Chart? 2700 is not the current version. We do not know why you would be running 2700. This does not make sense to us. The current version is now 2746. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
