You use the same Account Name and Password for your Sierra Chart as you used to login to our website. So you should not be having any issue with logging into your software. Additionally, our servers show that you are currently logged into the Sierra Chart software. If you are getting an error, then we need to know the exact error you are getting. It is probably related to your trading service and not to logging into Sierra Chart itself. I believe I found the problem Was trying to log in thru DTC thinking it was denali Now logged in thru SC-all and seems to work Thank you |
