I want to freeze my account and put the balance in service surplus so that I can resume the account later-on.

We do not have a way to "Freeze" or "Pause" an account. We can refund remaining Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Since you had 101 days of Usage Time remaining, we were able to refund 3 months (93 days) of Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. At this time, you have 8 days of Usage Time remaining. After December 9, 2024 your account will automatically be put in an expired state. When you are ready to use Sierra Chart again, you just have to add funds (if necessary) select your package and data, and then start using the software again.
