Problem with downloading data

Hello
After logging into the platform, the chart will load completely and then the data will not be downloaded any further, the clock will run and the data can only be loaded manually after refreshing the chart.
On the computer I use at work everything works normally, the problem is on the computer I use at home after work after logging out of that device
