Dear Support, While connected to the SC Data All Services/Denali datafeed in SC v2700, I’m experiencing an issue with the DOM for various futures symbols. When opening a DOM, it initially shows the current (last) price of the market. However, after double-clicking on the price scale, the DOM recenters itself to zero. I’ve attached screenshots as examples. This issue occurs with many symbols, such as ZNH25-CBOT, ZCH25-CBOT, FESXZ24-EUREX, FGBLZ24-EUREX, etc., but not with all futures symbols (ES for example shows up properly). Additionally, no depth or MBO information is visible, even for symbols that typically show depth during the weekend (all CME group symbols). Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? I’d prefer to remain on v2700 due to technical issues I’m encountering with newer versions. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Edit: I’ve checked this issue with the newer v2712 version, and it persists there as well. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-12-01 10:53:22

What are the scale settings for those Trading DOMs? Right click on the price ladder and select "Scale Settings" to get us the information.

Hi John, I confirm that the issue is now resolved, and all DOMs have been working properly since the market opened on Sunday night (NY/EST). My only guess is that it was a temporary issue with the datafeed (more precisely how the data were sent from the exchnage) but that is only a guess, particularly since it wasn’t a uniform problem across all symbols. Additionally, the DOMs in the screenshot were created using Sierra’s default settings via the File > Open Trading DOM function without any additional adjustment to their scale settings. Everything is working fine now. Thank you! |
