Hello, I currently connect to Sierra using my Apex login credentials via Rithmic Direct DTC connection setting, this was working perfectly yesterday 19th November but since logging in today it does not seem to be working, data charts update but price does not move..... can you please urgently assist? You are setup to get your data from Rithmic and they are having an issue with their data today. Although you do have an exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME, you are not getting that real-time data from us as you have not verified your live, funded, futures trading account within the past month, therefore you "Verified Until" date is not in the future and is expired.
