Same, everything was working up until about 9:15-9:20. Had a trade on and then chart data froze. Reconnected and started to receive "unknown request Click for symbol information". Still unable to connect at 10:21 EST.

Everybody that has posted in this thread is using Rithmic for the data. The issue is with Rithmic. There is nothing we can do.
