So, sometimes my spreadsheet results flicker between chartbooks.

As an example:

In Chartbook A, Sheet #1 I have Symbol PRAN($2.37)
In Chartbook B, Sheet #1 I have Symbol ACCO($7.85)

I'll be observing normal results in A/#1 and then the results will show B/#1 and then back to A/#1..w/o me doing a thing.

Is there a spreadsheet setting that prevents this kind of switching?

Thanks,

J.

Each chartbook should use a separately-named spreadsheet; IOW don't concurrently use the same-named spreadsheet in two concurrently open chartbooks.

Yes. Definitely do use a separate Spreadsheet for each Chartbook. Or use different Sheets by changing the Chart Data Output Sheet Number input with the Spreadsheet study.

Hi, so I've created 3 differently named spreadsheets.

However, when I open the spreadsheet that matches a particular chartbook, it also opens in the other 3 chartbooks causing me to have multiple different spreadsheets open in each chartbook.

I thought it was supposed to be like this:

Chartbook A/Spreadsheet A
Chartbook B/Spreadsheet B

But now I have..

Chartbook B/Spreadsheet A&B..

If I close spreadsheet A it also closes in Chartbook A..which I don't want.

Please advise...

Unless a Spreadsheet is opened by a Spreadsheet Study on a chart in a Chartbook, it will be visible across Chartbooks.
