Hi. I'm trying to get LIVE data from the ticker SPY not SPY-NQTV. I am subscribed to the SPY-NQTV. Im not sure where to subscribe to get live data for the ticker: SPY if you can guide me. much appreciated thank you.

You need to setup the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange which includes the data for trading done on 14 exchanges. Right now, you have the "NASDAQ TotalView" which only gives you the information for trading done on the NASDAQ exchange itself. To setup the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* To access the data for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, you enter the standard ticker, such SPY. To get the data for the NASDAQ TotalView, you enter the symbol as the standard ticker with a -NQTV suffic, such as SPY-NQTV. There is the option, when you have both exchanges active (U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape and the NASDAQ TotalView) to view the Price and Volume data from the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with the Market Depth data for the NASDAQ TotalView. To do this, you enter the symbol with an _MBO suffix, such as SPY_MBO. Otherwise, you would want to make sure you deactivate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange.
