I'm trading the 6E future contract. On this contract i'm able to get history data until 16.9.2013 (see picture attached). I would like to get historical data from 2012 how can i do it? I wasn't able to change the date on the chart setting (see picture attached) |

Based upon what we see, re-download the data following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading The settings are correct. We do not see any problems with those. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Thank you. I re-download the data following the instructions and i still have problem with the data. The history data is until 16.9.2013 (see new picture attached). There is a gap between 16.9.2013 untill 2006!! and i can't see this data. Once again I wasn't able to change the date on the chart setting (see new picture attached) |

We need to test this. Do not worry about the Date Range, that only applies to the current contract. Not the historical contracts loaded in the chart. We think that you did not follow through the procedure to re-download the data for all of the futures contract symbols in the chart. The chart looks proper for us: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=141046121448.png The easiest thing to do is to select File >> Open Historical Chart. Delete all of the E6*.dly files. Press Cancel. Go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
