Any idea how to resolve this? The display settings appear to be normal. And the rest of the text in SC Looks OK.

Instead of increasing the Font Size within Sierra Chart and Windows, you can increase the dpi settings following the steps here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff629368.aspx

In most cases you will not want to go above 150 dpi, unless you have a ratina display.
