Unable to download software to a new computer

I am in the process of getting a new desktop setupu and when I go to download sierra chart 64 bit I get the installer in the download folder but when I install it I get an error message. I have read through all you support boards and turned off all the malware and virus protection but it still will not execute. The installer says error finding the exe file on the C drive. I can not find the file on the C driv either. Please assist

We need to see the exact error. Please redo the installation and when you have a problem select the button at the top for "Send Log to Support". Then post in this thread and let us know that you have sent the log to us and we can take a look.
