Hello, I have 2 questions : 1) I want to be able to use Sierra Chart with prop firms who uses Rithmic. What is the minimum package I need to have ? 2) I want to be able to connect to my AMP account and have the possibility to visualize the charts in 100 and 200 ticks, which package do I need ? 3) In the past when I used the software I was often confused while the data for the charts were loading I was waiting but sometimes it didn't work can you help me understand this process. 1. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages 2. Same answer as #1 3. Ok thank you John for the support, I have another question. If I want to connect to rithmic using prop firms do I need to have a funded account or is it okay to juste suscribe to one of the integrated packages and connect to rithmic ?

If you want to get the data from Rithmic, then you do not need to connect to a funded account. Rithmic works around this somehow. But if you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to connect to a funded account in order to get the non-professional data. Just keep in mind that there is a lack of historical data with Rithmic. In general, you can get about 5 days of previous data.
