Nothing happens when I click

Hi, I'm trying to backtest a strategy. When I click "AutoTrade System Bar Based BackTest", nothing happens. No window or message or anything. The same is true for the button "AutoTrade System Replay BackTest". I have made sure to disconnect the data feed. Could it be something else that I am missing? Thanks! Please select "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again. For the "AutoTrade System Replay Back Test" select "Chart >> Replay Chart >> Reset Replay Control Panel Window" and then try that option again. When you select the option for "Trade >> Auto Trade System Bar Based Back Test" you should get a pop-up window that asks if you want to run the back test. The window has a "Yes" and "No" option on it. This window should always show up in the middle of the window on which the option is selected. Is this window partially offscreen such that the back test pop-up is showing up off-screen? Our recommendation is to maximize the window from which you are starting the backtest and then try again. The same pop-up occurs with the Replay Back Test, so if this is the window you are not getting, then you first need to get that pop-up. Another thing to try is selecting "Chart >> Reset Child Windows". Let us know if either of these options helps. Hi John, It's that pop-up window that's missing. Unfortunately, even after trying your new suggestions, I'm not getting any pop-up. If it helps, the only thing that happens is that I get this message in the Message Log: "2024-11-07 22:33:11.469 | Chart | ESH25 [CB][M] 30 Min #7 | Scanning stopped."

Reinstalling Sierra fixed the issue.
