Sierra Chart: Services Balance Too Low

Hi,
I've received 8 emails in the last 24 hours from your server stating that my balance is too low, however this is not the case.
I have the required $46 in my account and when I log into my account it clearly states it will auto renew in 2 days time.
So then why am I receiving these constant emails?
Is there an option to not receive these messages as they seem redundant as the required funds are there.
